The practical side
What you can count on.
English, German-friendly, Albanian
Proposals, contracts and meetings in English. Written German is fine for briefs and feedback. Albanian-owned businesses abroad get everything in Albanian, from the first call to the handover.
Contracts you can sign
A written offer with a fixed scope and price, a short services agreement in English, and an NDA on request before you share anything. Your brand, content and data are yours. The source code of the systems we keep running for you stays with us while we maintain them, and can be bought out if you ever want it in-house. All of it is in the offer before you sign.
Invoices in euro, paid locally
Kosovo uses the euro. Invoices are in EUR to a European bank account, so a transfer from Germany or Switzerland is an ordinary SEPA payment. Swiss francs or pounds on request.
GDPR-aligned by default
Kosovo's data protection law mirrors the GDPR. Hosting can be in the EU, data processing agreements are available, and nothing we build sends data back to us.

Agencies that design and sell but do not build in-house get a steady partner: your brand on the deliverable, our team behind it, a fixed price per project.
