Our flagship platform: digital catalog, live stock and agent ordering in one system, built on the ProData ERP API and running daily at Motto Com, Akoma te Fatlindi and Argjendaria Dardani.
The problem
Both companies ran on a financial POS, HR and stock system that could not properly serve field agents. Orders traveled on paper: the agent wrote the order down, waited through unneeded confirmations, and the warehouse only picked it up the next day. Two agents could sell the same product at the same time, leaving one client without goods. The catalog itself lived across several Excel lists with tired design, unreliable pricing and no real product presentation.
What we built
We spent weeks analyzing their actual workflow before writing any code, then built the entire system around it through the ProData Swagger API. Unneeded confirmations went away: an order now reaches the warehouse the moment it is placed and gets prepared the same day. Live stock makes overselling impossible, and when demand exceeds quantity, warehouse and in-store staff are notified instantly so they reorder before the workday ends. We shot professional photography for the product range, mapped every image to the products coming from the financial system, and serve them through the Cloudflare CDN, because uploading them into the financial app made the catalog slow and unstable. Good enough is not our standard; we aim for the best possible result.

We followed the agents, the warehouse and the office through their daily work and built the system around how they actually operate, not the other way round.
The catalog reads products, prices and stock straight from the financial system through ProData's Swagger API, tailored fully to each company's requirements.
From the field order to warehouse preparation, everything flows digitally with no double confirmations. What used to wait until tomorrow now happens within the day.
Live quantities stop two agents selling the same product at once, and notifications tell warehouse and in-store staff to reorder before the workday ends.
We photographed the products professionally, merged the scattered Excel lists into a single catalog, and serve the images through the Cloudflare CDN for maximum speed.
On the same API we built the JuniorKiddy online store: stock arrives live from Katallogu, orders drop straight into the admin panel, connected categories automatically pull in every product that has an image, and the wholesale buy price converts automatically into a retail price with margin.
